During times of anxiety and stress, our social bonds can provide reassurance and comfort.
But aren’t we supposed to practice “social distancing” and “shelter-in-place”? YES!
I’m NOT encouraging you to ignore the warnings around “Shelter-in-Place”. We can still connect with each other by phone, text, email, etc. And, if you feel like you need a little help or need someone to talk to, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Staying in our homes should not make us feel isolated.
